STORE HOURS 

RURAL operates from Monday through Friday 10am-6pm CST and observes most holidays. This is important to note when considering production and times and customer service hours as Saturday and Sunday do not fall within our business hours.

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. 

Only one coupon code per order can be utilized.

PRODUCTION/PROCESSING

Most of the items in our store are created here in our studio. In stock apparel and accessories ship within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Artwork is made to order is 2-3 WEEKS. Orders processed outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day. Please double check your order production and shipping times BEFORE making your purchase. It is important to note when considering production and shipping times that Saturday & Sunday do not fall within our business hours.

SHIPPING

We offer $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on retail apparel orders up to $99, and FREE SHIPPING OVER $100!  $100 purchase required for Free Shipping. Flat Rate and Free shipping applies to U.S. only.  TO GET $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING: No promo code needed. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location. $5 Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to home decor, art, artisan series, prior purchases or international orders. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply. $5 Flat Rate Shipping cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.  FREE SHIPPING WITH $100 PURCHASE: Place $100 of qualifying items in shopping bag. No promo code needed. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of Gift Cards or tax. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location. ***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
As we are unable to estimate various customs fees and taxes for individual countries, you are the buyer are responsible for customs fees, taxes and any additional fees that may apply.

RETURNED PURCHASES: If for any reason an item is returned to us undeliverable, we will hold the order for two weeks to provide you time to contact us and make alternative arrangements (i.e, local pick up, update shipping address, etc). We are not responsible for packages being returned undeliverable. Additional shipping charges will be assessed for the second shipment.  We do not process refunds nor credit for undeliverable orders.  

LOCAL PICK UP

RURAL conveniently offers local pick up in Trenton, Missouri. An email notice will be sent once an order is ready for pick up. ALL pick ups MUST be scheduled in advance. We do not allow same day pick ups. The Return Policy period begins once the pick up notice has been issued.  All orders must be claimed within 2 weeks of pick up. If an order has not been claimed, we will make an attempt contact you. If we cannot reach you, shipping charges may be assessed to deliver your item.
