We want you to love your items but we understand that a return will happen occasionally and therefore we offer an easy return process.
Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.
Eligible Items for Return
Returns must be received at Rural within 14 days of receipt of delivery of merchandise for shipped goods, and the date of pick up notice for local pick up orders, no exceptions.
- Must have original tag still attached. No signs of being used, worn and washed. Items must be returned to us in new condition, free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor. Items that are not will be shipped back to you at your expense.
All sale items, accessories, personalized or custom items, and group orders are FINAL SALE.
- We accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the date the item is received.
- All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Returns must include a copy of your order receipt.
- Refunds are issued back in the form of online credit.
Please allow 5-7 business days once package is received for return to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued.
Due to order volume & the high risk of sellout, we are not able process exchanges. All returns will be issued in store credit.
